Package Itinerary

• Day - 1 Arrive in Leh

• On arrival, our representative will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. Check in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure, when you can visit the Hall of Fame, Thiksey Monastery and Confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers (leisure activities are not included in the package). Then stay overnight in Leh.

• Day - 2 Leh - Alchi - Lamayuru

• Have a delicious breakfast and drive to the quaint village of Lamayuru. En-route, you will visit the famous Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. It is a beautiful monastery built in remembrance of Guru Nanak and situated about 40 km from Leh. It is a sacred site of the Sikhs and local lamas. Furthermore, visit Alchi village on the banks of River Indus. After a filling lunch, drive further to the spectacular moon landscape and the Lamayuru Monastery. The monastery is a Tibetian Buddhist worship site and situated at an elevation of about 11,500 feet. Finally, get a good night's rest in Lamayuru.

• Day - 3 Leh - Nubra Valley

• Have a sumptuous breakfast and drive towards Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass (17,582 ft), the world's highest motor-able road. Proceed further to Diskit. Diskit is a small village in the Nubra Valley, home to the beautiful Diskit Monastery. After lunch, you will visit the famous sand dune of Ladakh - the Hunder Sand dunes and enjoy an enthralling camel safari.

• Day - 4 Nubra Valley - Leh

• Wake up to a lovely morning, have a delicious breakfast and go on to visit the famous Diskit Monastery, which is one of the largest and oldest Buddhist monasteries in the valley. Also known as Diskit Gompa, the monastery houses a grand statue of the Crowned Buddha (Cho Rinpoche), pictures of guardian deities and a large drum. It is also the place where the Festival of the Scapegoa (Dosmoche) is held every year in the month of February. After the tour, you will drive back to Leh via the same fascinating route.

• Day - 5 Leh - Pangong Lake - Leh

• On this day, get ready to witness the gorgeous Pangong Tso Lake. Leave early in the morning and drive to Pangong Tso Lake via the Chang La Pass (17,590 ft). Also considered as the world's second-highest motor-able road, Chang La Pass offers breathtaking views of the villages and valleys on ascend. Arrive in Durbuk and take a short drive to the western shore of the lake. The 5 km wide and 134 km long lake creates eye-catching glimpses as it changes its colour with varying weather. It is one of the must-visit places in Leh and leaves you mesmerized with its pristine blue waters and snowy mountain views at the backdrop. In the late afternoon, you will drive back to Leh and rest the night away.

• Day - 6 End of Tour

• After breakfast, take transfer to the airport for your journey back home after an amazing tour.
